I'm trying to watch the first season of Weeds, but VideoLAN doesn't give me any sound with it, yet WMP does. Anyone know why?

I had this problem sometimes when still using vlc, don't know how i solve it but you can try codec ac3filter or xvid codec, maybe it will help.

Its more than likely the codec issue. You can view what codecs are currently used on the video and see if you have the proper audio codec installed.
