    Does anyone have any ideas or tips, on how to uncap it, or work around it. Thx for ur time and help!

    well there's not too many things you can do.. you can try changing the port you torrent on thats the only thing I can really think of.. who's your isp?

    well there's not too many things you can do.. you can try changing the port you torrent on thats the only thing I can really think of.. who's your isp?

    well what will work is to run BitTorrent over encrypted tunnels such as SSH or VPN. BitTorrent over SSH works, but it will cripple the servers of the SSH providers if you plan to use it permanently. A VPN service such as Relakks or VPNTunnel is a better option, and it is worth a few bucks.

    is there a difference with a dsl modem then a cable? would that help to go with bell? And this vpn stuff do i have to pay for it like software....or can i download it from a tracker 4 free?

    it doesn't matter what client you use, regardless if it is utorrent or rtorrent, what I posted above should help.

    for vpn you have to pay per month, cable is faster then dsl.

    I've been hacking cablem modems for years. What modem3 are you using? Do you know if your system is DOCSIS 1.0 or 1.1/2.0?
