No thanks on walnut and the other. Walnut was too much of a change and I don't like skins/themes that resemble Mac features.
Simplicity or minimalism is more my style.

Mario theme is orsum, very well ported and well done
+ Download (from Download.com) - You’ll need to download it, and then go to Tools > Addons and drag and drop the “super_mario_bros_3-2.0-fx.jar” into that addons pop up window.
