Shouldn't be completely true. I guess, ips almost similar to swedish will work too. Many are still on non-swedish ip and their accounts are fine though not divine users.

But the one you are trading with should be careful as they can revoke your invite privileges for inviting a foreigner. lol

Not necessarily true that the near countries have similar ips, but Asians?? Many Asians, Danish and few others still have their accounts on if i'm not wrong.
