You can use the copy disc option in whichever burning program you have.

If you only have one DVD drive, just copy the contents of the burned DVD in your computer. Then, burn those contents into a new disc(s).

If your going to copy the contents to the hard drive then burn a new disk make sure you select the correct option so it reconizes the video format. For Nero that would be Nero burning rom > Wizard select DVD-Video in the left pane > close the wizard by selecting New > a new screen will appear with a VIDEO_TS folder on the left to paste your files into from the right.

The easiest method though is the direct "disk to disk copy" or Nero Start Smart > highlight Backup > select Copy DVD. Even if you have only one burner the application will see that and will first copy the file to the hard drive (temporarily) then you can take out the original and put a blank in and burn at a decent speed, the slower the better (I like to use half my medias rated speed).

Any copy program will work. For simplicity try CloneCD.

I use DVD Decrypter>Mode> ISO Read then ISO Write.
