General Rules:
1. Disruptive behavior anywhere on the sites (main sites, forums, IRC) will result in a warning and, in serious cases, an IMMEDIATE BAN.
2. No cheating on ratio! Cheaters will be banned without notice.
3. You are only allowed to have 1 account per IP address.
A. Multiple accounts are NOT allowed. When multiple accounts are detected, all associated member names will be BANNED.
4. Staff (moderators/administrators) are the final arbiters of these rules. Staff are there to use their best judgment to ensure the smooth functioning of the site. Cooperate with them and you'll have a pleasant time here.
A. Do NOT defy the moderators' or administrators' direct instructions. Doing so may result in a warning and, in serious cases, a ban from the site.
B. Staff members decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
Downloading:
1. This is a sharing community. As you download, you are required to share back your part.
2. You must maintain a general overall ratio of 1.0 or better. In other words, we expect you to seed back just as much as you have downloaded!
3. To the extent possible, maintain a minimum ratio of 0.5 for each torrent you download.

6. If your current history shows frequent leecher status, hit-and-run downloading, or a low ratio, there may be severe consequences, including disabled downloads and even permanent banning from the site.
7. Check for other seeders before stopping to seed. Running from low-seeded torrents will not be treated lightly.

2. Only media produced in Asian countries are allowed. Media produced elsewhere are allowed with Moderator/Administrator approval. ASIAN MAP [

A. Non-Asian co-productions are not allowed.
3. ALL UPLOADS MUST CONTAIN THE REQUIRED MINIMUM COMPULSORY DESCRIPTION ITEMS. [

4. Do not upload more than you or your internet connection can handle.
5. You MUST put a warning label at the top of your description for movies containing extreme violence, sexual content, nudity, and movies labeled Cat3. Such movies must also be registered as an 18+ film.
6. "DVD screeners may be uploaded while the commercial DVD is not yet available, but they must be clearly labelled as such ("DVD SCR" in the torrent title). When a rip of the commercial DVD becomes available, it may be posted without being considered a duplicate. At that time, mods may delete the previously posted DVD screener at their discretion"
7. No referral links allowed. Any link in attempt to obtain funds from user are strictly prohibited. i.e paypal. moneybooker, alertpay or any other related sites.
8. Staff reserve the right to remove any file(s) they deem inappropriate and they have final say. This is not up for discussion or complaint.
Subtitle Uploads:
1. Only proper subtitles are allowed to be uploaded (Correct frame rate. translation, spelling, timing)
2. Do NOT upload subs if it's already included in the original torrent.
A. Different language subs are allowed to be uploaded.
B. Replacement sub are allowed if original subs in the torrent are not proper.
(Bad timing, spelling, non coherent)
C. Repeated uploads of junk sub will constitute a violation and subject to disciplinary action.
d. Keep the description short. NO urls/links are allowed.
3. All Subs must be confirmed and Verified for the specific Torrent/Video
Torrent Managing Clients [

1. AvistaZ recommends these primary clients:
A. Windows: Utorrent, BitTorrent, Azureus (version 4 and later)
B. MAC: Transmission, Utorrent MAC, BitTorrent MAC, Azureus (version 4 and later)
C. Linux: Deluge, rtorrent/libtorrent, Ktorrent
2. We will NOT help you with your ratio, if you use a non-approved client.
3. Also, clients in alpha, beta, or other experimental versions should be avoided.
4. Using a BANNED or UNKNOWN client will get your account BANNED (If you're not sure, ask a staff member)
Torrent Comments:
1. Courtesy to the uploader is always appreciated. Leave a comment, or a simple thanks will do!
2. Please limit your torrent comments to the specific upload in question.
3. Do NOT abuse your ability to place torrent comments.
4. Flaming, arguments & comments like "this is garbage" will NOT be tolerated. Any critique shall be done tactfully and tastefully. If you have no intentions of downloading or don't have anything nice to say, don't comment! Remember, what could be one person' garbage is another person's treasure.
5. If the torrent is not to your taste, stay away from it!! Comments that express bias (e.g., racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.) will not be tolerated.
6. NO language other than English is to be posted in torrent comments (unless English translation also provided).
7. Do NOT post our torrent files and/or links to other torrent sites.
8. DO NOT post links to materials not on the site. This includes links to subtitles, Megaupload/Rapidshare links, etc.
A. Links within torrent descriptions to reference materials are allowed.
9. NO spamming or posting lame referral schemes/ads/links/pages anywhere on site. Offenders will be BANNED.
10. Do NOT leave any personal information in the comments sections such as email addresses, etc. This is for your own safety.
11. No referral links allowed. Any link in attempt to obtain funds from user are strictly prohibited. i.e paypal. moneybooker, alertpay or any other related sites.
