Cheap ass off shore hosting/seedbox

After looking around for different ways to securely download, I've decided that it would be worthwhile to rent a seedbox or an offshore hosting service so I could securely download via ftp. I suppose this post should go in the seedbox section, but I pretty much never torrent (tho I would plan to I actually get a seedbox), and I can't post there anyways. I am looking for something on which I could set up jdownloader and free download manager for direct downloads and go6 and SABnzbd+ for free IPv6 usenet. I would prefer to have my budget around $5-10/month. Obviously I am going to have to make some compromises with that kind of price, but I am willing to put up with it.

What I would like:

20gb storage
250gb+ bandwidth
ftp connection
remote control
100mbit/s
etc. . . (whatever else I can reasonably get?)

From my research my best options would right now be either

seedbox.cc or offshorehost.nl

Does anyone have any experience with either of these two hosts?

Also, I would really appreciate some advice on this whole matter and recommendations for other hosts.

There is a hacker selling 1gb/s US servers<--and i've put hacker coz they are stolen hence not that reliable.

I'm aware of this but cant post there yet and I would like to take care of this asap, as now actually have some free time on my hands

well this would be worth checking out, but would it be illegal on my end?

could you link me or give some more details and the pricing info

I really don't need anything special, just some relatively decent storage space and a secure connection
