ones an admin(thats me) and ones a slave(lol someone else) how can i control what programs they can use and what they cant use?

I am not certain but try
right click on the folder where the program (eg. photoshop) is that you dont want him her to access
-clik "sharing and security"
-mark "make this folder private"
if not try to work with permisions

yeah im with him^ its confusing
yeah can anyone edit up please i want to block somestuff on the other account or is there a program somewhere that can do that?
