How much longer till current gen is obsolete?

Do you think PS2/Xbox games are going to be developed for much longer after the release of their bigger brothers?

I think they will still release them for a little while because not everyone can afford an Xbox 360 right away.

I think they'd stop after 3-4 months after the ps3.
