ooOOooo my psychology teacher has hers done so if you lot fail to answer my questions i wil ask her tomorrow. teachers are still in a good mood from the summer so she wont mind me asking ....hopefully

Reputable body piercers wont do it unless your 18, but there are others around that would pierce a lot earlier.
