I've never come across a Samsung burner.

You should check out DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink.

    - Will play in almost all UK DVD Players
+ Will play in about 60-70%

Get Nero for data/gamke burning and use DVDShrink to copy DVD's.

DVDShrink will remove the copy protection, shrink it down to 4.7GB and burn a retail/rented DVD for you. Not sure about burning an .ISO/.IMG. For those i use Nero but you can use DVD Decrypter.
