Iraqi Foreign Debt

The new quetion is: Should the debt of Iraq to other counties be forgiven?

I think it should; then again they don't owe me anything. I believe the French,
the Russians and many others have a little interest there.

I read somewhere that "to make Iraq pay it's foreign debt is like asking a concentration camp
prisioner to pay for the facilities"

Anyway, I think they need a clean, fresh start.

any money the iraqis have should be used to feed the iraqi people.
