Why do we have ads that like have fake filesharing?

Do the admins decide what ads to dysplay or the google server.

Its Google which bases the ads on whats on the page being diplayed. Since the site involves file sharing ads related will be shown scam or not. We had filtered many of them out at one point but there are just so many it becomes to much to keep up with...

Google does, it sees whats on the site and displays what is related. Just ignore it.

Yea I keep noticing "WinMX 2005" which goes to some weird looking site, badly made at that. I'm sure Google could do better

Those scam sites are blockable and the site already has a big long list which rookie used to add to, but as sites are added to the block list hundreds more come so it's really a never ending battle.
That's why we have the ' Never pay for File Sharing!' warning.

The google ads in top are all on the google servers.
