A point about your chosen graphics card and mobo:

    mobo: "AGP Slots None"
    card: "AGP"

Somehow, I don't think that's going to work.

For motherboard brands, I hate Chaintech. I've only worked with two of them and they booth refused to work...fresh out of the box! Has anyone got them to work? I personally think they are con artists.

I know that the first card was Agp but I found a 6600 Pci Express card so just don't pay attention to that.

Onboard graphics is getting better and better. The GeForce 6150 is the latest onboard from Nvidia.

It also has a PCI Express x16 slot for later upgrades.

i read a report on another site saying that as it is now the rs482 is beating the 6100 integrated chipset slighty, but in the end the 6150 will be better. i was temptedto buy the 6100, but once i saw the results for doom 3, it was apalling at 24.3fps at 800x600. eeeek

i know that, and in honesty im sure it surpasses anything that my current "beast" could project, but im personally trying to upgrade, hell atleast the 6600gt runs around 50fps in games.

but i can always look at sprocket and dream

FPS in gaming isn't the only important thing for a PC to be able to do. A lot of people don't play the latest high demanding games. The 6150 does what is needed for high quality HDTV output. Quite an accomplishment when you consider its price.
