    Can you download Windows 2000 off a torrent and get away with it? I want to add that shit to my moms computer get her off win 98

    Yes, since win2000 doesn't require the silly activation thingy XP does.
    And even the activation of XP can be bypassed with some versions.

    ED2K means emule verifieds. I'm sure there was one, but I can't find it at all. Probably got deleted a few months ago when the board database got corrupted.
