    yo does anybody know software so I can broadcast my webcam on a site (with updating images not a live stream) so I can see whats happening in the house while im at work, cheers

    You could try webcam xp. Turn off firewalls while hosting.
    For zone alarm, just set both the Internet and Local Zones to "Low"...that works better than closing the program, trust me on that.
