Thanks but all spam filters are off on the email account I used to register as I had wondered about that but to no avail unfortunately.

i tried gmail and got a message saying I couldn't use a free email address! So I used my service providers email account that I have and still got nothing through.
What the heck am I doing wrong!?

OK well I just tried the lost password link and it says it has sent an email to me but I have tried this before and it didn't work. Don't understand how you get the email and can use a free email address yet I get told I can't use gmail and use my service provider address but never get the confirmation email.
Well the email to send me a new password etc hasn't worked. Might have to try with a different username
