A question to people who use private trackers sites

It seems that alot of people ask for invites to alot of private trackers and I'm wondering...how can you all keep up with the ratios of all those sites?

I'm only using one private tracker site and already just dling and uploading one file from there will take the whole day or close to that and I don't know how anyone can handle say 30 invites from 30 different sites and keep all 30 in good ratios and even with a high connection, having to sign in to 30 different sites every other day or so and not lose track of one site... overwhelming.

The reason why I'm asking is I'm thinking of at least getting an invite to another site but I don't really know how I can keep up with all the ratio stuff and having to logged in everyday while even seeding a torrent unless I stop seeding once the torrent ratio goes to 1

First of all most people are not a member of 30 sites.I for one choose to share my bandwidth on what i think are the best sites so i have 11 torrent sites that i go to often i have like 5 more sites but they are not that good.The way i get my ratio up on these sites is to get an indentical torrent from another site that i have a very good ratio on and seed it at the site where i need to build or improve my ratio.Also you can partially download a file thats say 2gb so download 500-1000mb of this file and make sure it has alot of leechers and will be a popular torrent then seed back those important pieces that you have downloaded it's easier to seed back of course because you have not downloaded the whole file.Sometimes i do this just to get a good small ratio of Mb up and down so my account wont get pruned for 0 stats.

My bad. With alot of the users I've seen requesting for invites at the subforum, I wrongfully assumed it was 30 or something.

I only use 2 sites, thats enough for me to keep up with because I really can't be bothered to agressively ratio hunt. I just get the files I want and most of them can be got at those. If I can't get them, if I want more rare files, I will use emule.

I have large hardrives + very good upload so I just stay on torrents for weeks at a time. Thats how I maintain my ratio

Its not that it is hard to keep a good ratio on all the sites. I do managing downloading. Sometimes sites come out earlier with releases tehn others, so I get it from there.but sooner or later the other site might have comp out with it, i just dont like to wait.

I take the slow and steady approach to uploading I have a cable modem
So my download speed is much faster then my upload speed, so I can download a 4.3GB file in about two hours but then I have to seed for 2-3 days to get my ratio to at least 1.0
And I only use at the most 3 torrent sites but mostly just 1

If you adopt this tactic most sites will shitcan you because it can make seeders think more people are seeding all the files than are and they drop off. If you think about it - it is a piss poor idea. I did it myself for a while but warnings were sent out.

Find torrents with few seeders and many leechers - porn is a good bet. Even if you don't want it it helps your ratio.
