@Adster. Think of it this way... If you say "no" and they continue their sell then they are being rude to you. Not listening to you. Do the same to them. Don't wait for an answer from them, just hang up.

Even better, when they call, you'll notice that there is a moment of silence after you say hello. The reason is that they use an automatic dialer and only pick up the line after it's answered. Use that moment of silence to your advantage. Before they come on the line, block the mouthpiece and just listen. They will be getting the same silence back. In fact it's sometimes quite comical to hear their reaction.
