England were more confident going forward, the attacks were all positive. But defensively the side looked really frail, Rio Ferdinand seemed a bit lethargic to me. Definitely not World Cup winning, in my opinion.

After having qualified for the World Cup and being virtually assured as one of the top eight seeds, I really don't think Eriksson was in danger of having his soccer career prematurely curtailed if England lost a friendly.

You might be right about Tim Crouch tho' as I've never heard of the chap.

I plan on beating him to death with his kids. I'll use them as a bludgeon on his face. -

    Fantastic game! Really exciting.

I agree Ferdinand didn't seem very sure of himself, but the defence was always going to struggle with two relatively inexperienced fullbacks. Robinson is a class goalie though.

I still think there's a problem with playing both Gerrard and Lampard in the same team, but it's something they're going to have to work on because you just can't choose between them.

    What did I say?

Tim Crouch ain't 'alf as good as PETER Crouch(aka Rodney, or Dave, for fools & horses fans!).

Crouch on the bench=England 2-1 down
Crouch on the pitch=England win 3-2

    Where do you want Crouch?
