I have some familyu guy vids and how could i use some clips from that to make a moving avatar

need a few programs:
image grabber II
photoshop/ImageReady

open up image grabber do a print screen then put it in photoshop do another print screen and so on till u got all u wants then u can just line them all up in photoshop so when i hide a layer it looks animated then go in imageready then just make a new frame hide the layer new frame hide the next layer and so on
