apparently he has it all running off a computer in his basement, and if your in your car outside you can tune your stereo to a station and you can hear the music playing as the lights do their thing

some ppl have way too much time on their hands, but I appreciate the effort he puts in. It's enjoyable to watch here...on my computer..don't know if I'd like to watch it every day from across the street.
