there's throat sprays than num your throat with stuff, maybe you could spray the whole of your mouth inside and then you wouldn't be able to feel it?

you'd probably have to spray it on right before going in though? ...but once again, it probably costs more than a pound

There's a great hot pepper sauce on sale most places that's made from them and its the nuts. When I buy it I have it with every meal till its gone

HMP food was bland as but they sold the hot pepper sauce in the canteen. I think I got myself used to it so often.

I have noticed though that some bottles are hotter than others and if you don't shake it everytime the last bit of the bottle really gets you.

And I have had it before where I have over done it with tuna and noodles or something and I've started sweating and my eyes hurt
