    Question Mark

Well, I remember a compatibility issue with an ol nvidia card a couple of years ago, but that was because the motherboard was some shitty MCI crap.

Now, I've got a decent A7N8X-E with N-force technology built in and I'm wondering if the 7800GT (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130247)
will run with my motherboard. The model is very new, but I believe it has a chance of running on my system. Anyone confirm this by using it with a "somewhat" old, but reliable motherboard that doesn't support Althon 64 or anything like that?

    The A7N8X-E isn't Gigabyte. It's Asus.

And to answer the question... No it won't work. The motherboard has an AGP slot and that is a PCI Express graphics card.
