because when u buy dvd-9 they cheap as fuck there not the real deals but most of the time very good copys, i got sin city from a9dvd and it was very good just before it was at the cinema in the usa

Most are already released on DVD-9. Hence the need of programs like DVD Shrink. Could you possibly mean DVD-18?
