Down for me. However that IP address works if you put it under www.filelist.org but not if you put it under just filelist.org so thanks for the info.
Since the "www" bit is internal to a site, it sounds more like they are having internal routing problems rather than dns issues. That may explain why the "filelist.org could not be found" reply comes back immediately rather than waiting for the usual dns lookup timeout.
