You see, thumbass, it's not blindingly obvious 'cause my understanding of the disorder (by the definition posted on here) is that people modify the part that they think is ugly.....not cut it off.

The thread is about BDD. Sara said she watched a BDD program in which people wanted to amputate their limbs.

Apotemnophilia is nothing whatsoever to do with the thread, a BDD program nor Sara's comment.

So ... we either have you being thick or you making a blindingly obvious comment.
