    i have a problem with my pay pal accoutn.i have bout 20 dollaras in my account but i dont have a credit card or a bank account so i can't verify the account.is there anyway i can use the money in my account to pay for something i won on ebay?

    yeah, just win something on ebay and then use pay pal to pay for it, its not hard or anything

    I'm not verified and have been using it for a long time.

    when i try to pay for somehthing it brings me to the verify screen and i cant do anything cuz i dont have either a credit card or a bank account
