TV shows downloading

hey guys,

I've been using torrents to get the latest shows, but it's difficult to get older seasons or shows. I tried emule, but that really takes a LOT of time. Any other alternatives? And I just have a 80 GB HD, so DC++ is no go

overnet is not faster then newsgroups.
with newsgroups you always use your max download speed

i cant get alot of the tv shows i want on newsgroups and i tried overnet but it still keeps looking
