As noted recently in the pages of the New Yorker, searching for perks to retain troops, the military is offering free cosmetic surgery (funded by taxpayer dollars) to "[a]nyone wearing a uniform." So right now "bigger breasts" are the type of implants the U.S. military is specializing in. (Military doctors performed 496 breast enlargements between 2000 and 2003.)

The cosmetic surgery that the US military is backing is for the removal of tattoos that are may be offensive. i.e. - Swastikas, gang tattoos, etc.
