Where is the basic windows pictuer viewer?

I just got a system with windows media center edition and I go to put default picture viewer as the normal one we all use on windows home and xp but its not there on the list. I searched for the windows picture viewer but nothing came up, Ive been having to use corel which is lame or some other bulky program just to look at one picture, does anyone know where the file is or how I can fix this?
