Thread: Microsoft Security Center

  1. #1
How the hell do people turn this thing off? I am trying to play a game, but the game will not load because I have an anti-virus enabled (Gothic II). So, anyway to disable this, well there is because it was disabled untill a week ago, and now I can not remember how I did it. So any help?

    Yes that site's info works.

But why is that info so hard to find. I read the screen several times and did nto find that option as it is kind of hidden away.

I suppose they want it that way.

After you disable it the way IKE posted go into
start>run>services.msc>find security center on the list>rightclick, properties>disable and stop the service
so you cna make sure it doesn't come back.
