New User of Bitlord, need help with burning files?

Hi, im a new user and I downloaded 2 movies and can't watch or burn either of them. The one has BIN and Cue files and the other one is a burn to nero disc image file.. and Ive tried to burn that one in nero but it doesn't work...
I reall need help?????ASAP please
