    Yes, Rogers the one i thougt was the best in isp's is now throttleing bandwidth consumed by p2p , mainly BT. If you call them up , they will indeed admit to it. Well then, now there are 2 options for me. Get a new isp or making sumthing like Bittorent lol , anways yea .. they are throttleing BT bottom line.

    Just use port 1720 and your problem will be solved.
    Rogers uses port 1720 for their VoIP and they don't throttle it.

    agreed, i'm on port 1720 too and speeds are fine

    now only problem is their stupid bandwidth cap, 100GB monthly

    i'm not sure where Crude found it, but on places like DSLreports or just searching in google will find many rogers complaints, and also ways to fix it =D (best way to fix it is to switch to another provider!)
