Mine has been working fine all morning... lowest I saw was around 700 KB/s
port 119, 8 connections.
fine here, been getting full bandwidth all day.

I moved slow a few days ago... going to try again soon.
They are having routing issues. I have been monitoring traffic all day.
they have been in/out only about 3.4 mbps since i came into work. Ya lets see all of the US share that bandwidth. But there is nothing i could do about it. They are peering.

i have a 6mbit connection, what should my downloading speed be at for newsgroups? im not so sure im getting the full potential.
