HDD Space Distribution

K I made a almost 8 gig partition a little while ago but didnt need it anymore so i got rid of it, In diskeeper it says my C: drive is 225GB and i think it should be higher cuz I have a a 8 gig partition for HP's system recovery and in partition magic it says I have 7.4 (GB/MB?)

of unallocated space which by rights is that partition that i just got rid of. I tried to do that redistribute free space thing in PM8 and it doesnt do anything almost like it doesnt sense the free space... this is hard to explain hopefully uou will understand what im getting at. so basically how can i get that 7.4 GB of unallocated space back on my main C: partition? PM8 isnt doin it

Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Disk Management.

Take a screenshot of your partitions in partition magic and post it.

This pic is from disk manager. I uninstalled partition magic and dont wanna re-install it unless I have to. It looks just like the diskman pic but under D: drive its got a "unallocated space" partition thing.
