I Cant Start A Topic In Gameworld

in gameworld I cant seem to start a topic.
I keep getting the flood message no matter how long I wait
everyother place I tried works fine.
anyone know whats wrong with gameworld?

Ok I just restarted and now they work
maybe it was me?
but then what about duo?
try restarting duo
