edit: nvm I see ADSL2+. I have never worked with that before and I work for the phone company.
Even when that gets here I bet comapanies will still order T1's like water, just for net access.
The only purpose for a T1 these days is to breakout the channels.

i get 1Mb line for that much here.
21Mb per sec, thats crazy, a 1GB file could easly finish in 15min or less. offcorse over private trackers.
