Sony buys all the parts cheap and in bulk if "You" tryed to buy the parts it would cost 800-900 but they buy in bulk and mass produce the ps3 it will most likly only cost about 400. hopefully

screw that, no system is worth $800, it better double as a computer and play those games as well.

I agree, Id take a computer anday because their upgradable and alot more versatile, besides most games for pc are free lol in my books atleast. I got bored of my ps1/2 pretty quick
