somehow, my DeadAIM gets kicked off every once in a while. What happens is that it takes unusually long to send messages, and then the minute they're "sent", everyone on my buddy list signs on at the same time, but in reality i will have re-signed on. Any suggestions to fix this? And no, switching to Gaim is not an option, although I do use it occasionally.

I had a problem like this but I was using regular AIM. It happened for months and then that Linksys router died. I don't have the problem anymore. Your router could be on the fritz too. Hopefully not, though.
