Wow, for a band as big as this, it seems weird no one has mentioned it yet.
I've been slowly going off Pearl Jam, but they are a great band...this album is all right after the first full listen through. Will give it a few more listens before i applaud it or join the chorus of they've gone downhill quicker than a skiier.

I was actually quite upset to hear they were releasing another album. I was so glad that the remnents of grunge-rock was finally flaking away and the metal days were regaining the spot light. I agree that Pearl Jam was a pretty good band, but I personally blame them and Nirvana for making Grunge so mainstream to kill the metal days...
