i live in belgium and here all the isp's have download and upload limitations
for example my isp i can download 30gb and upload 5gb so i can never have a good ratio on a torrent site or upload files if i still want to be able to play games and surf the net @ a decent speed
so if yall would be so friendly and sign a website we made to show the isp's that these limits are not normal

Having a 30GB cap is not much to complain about really as many companys have something stating limits.
If you cant ul much read up on Usenet or IRC perhaps...
