Welding, I wish I knew how to weld.

carefully avoid the hole(s) on each side
then gently slide down more until you reach your left eyeball
push hard (this may hurt)
squish a little further until you feel the socket behind the eyeball

Welding ya but would settle for soldering myself .

I can solder, I'm actually very good at it.

The trick is to use good heat sinks and make the things to be soldered very hot, prior to applying the solder. Otherwise you get "dry" joints.

if you manage to solder yourself, i'd say you aren't very good at it

I would like to able to revoke drivers licenses at will.
