About Xvid

hi guys , i am downloading a movie but when i try to preview it , it says unknown format (xvid) . how i install this codec or what should i do ?

well you can get the klite codec pack here = http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/mirror.htm

and never worry about having the right codec, if you get the mega pack, that comes with bsplayer and the real alternative (to play real media) and quicktime alternative (to play quicktime media) without having the bloated players

or you could use videolan to preview it
