    Is there some reason they couldn't just repeat the same situation with a different cast?

    things are quiet until hitler decides he'd like to invade russia
    so, he does
    the russians are like "OMG WTF D00DZ, STOP TKING"
    and the germans are still like "omg ph34r n00bz"
    the russians fall back, all the way to moscow
    and then they all begin h4xing, which brings on the russian winter
    the germans are like "wtf, h4x"

    Some folk reckon it'll turn into The Fugitive. That would seem like an awfully brave move compared to other "hit shows" that just stick with the same old formula. I'm looking at you 24.

    They escape right at the end of this series, the producing team said so in an interview. Next series, the group of escapees becomes disjointed and the plot centres on the government conspiracy and clearing Lincoln's name.

    I read that about a month ago on tv.com and instantly wished I hadn't.
