I have a ATI Radeon 9800 AIW. It comes with an adapter that has the Red, White, Yellow inputs. I was wondering if I could plug my ngc in, and play it on my monitor. THe reason, because my TV upstairs can only have one input, and we put in satellite, Im too lazy to buy a splitter, I dont wanna waste the bulb on the projector, because Im starting to play it alot. So is this possible? does anybody have a 9800 aiw?

    thanks in advance

If the card has the inputs then there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to play it on your monitor.
Not too sure about the quality though.

Im sure there wont be a problem, I just dont know how.
I plugged in the red yellow and white wires, and the ngc. What software do I use with the card to use the monitor as a TV?

https://support.ati.com/ics/support/...ge&folderID=27 I think what you want is Multimedia Center on that page.

If the capture driver is installed for the card then any cappture program should work.

is this the software I need? I just dont wanna dl the software, and then endup uninstalling it, it takes so long, and it slows down the pc alot. I thought there'd be more people with ATi AIW cards who could help.
