Open With Ms-dos File With .ico Extension ?

Hello

I have a file and its MS-DOS name is PT.ICO. When I double click it I get the Open With dialogue box. I have no idea what program to select to open this file. Its attributes are Read Only. Any help to open this file will be appreciated. Thank you.

You need an icon editor to open it.

If you just browse to the directory it's in using Windows Explorer, it'll show up there, but you still won't be able to open it until you get a program to open it, i.e. Microangelo.
