I'm trying to set of rar files that contain a single ISO for a dvd. The ISO is about 4.4GB and everytime I unrar it I get an error saying only NTFS supports files bigger then 4GB.

Is there anyway I can unrar this file on fat32.

Unless you're on Windows 95, 98 or Me (because they can't read it), convert your drive to NTFS.

    See here
That's actually the first Google result for "convert fat32 to ntfs".

    That's lucky.

To answer completely, Fat32 can't handle files bigger than 4GB

In the command prompt window, type: convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs

For example, typing convert C: /fs:ntfs would format drive C: with the NTFS format.

    This should do it!
I had the same problem with a friend of mine when we were tring to unrar Battle for the middle earth 2

Maybe he doesnt want to convert, and if people like you give feedback like that you make people that maybe dont know as much, stop asking question and move else where.

Cheers for making this a non flaming forum m8

to skip out of trouble you can borrow a hard drive and make it ntfs, then copy the rars into that drive..
hard drives, partitions and files are like lan's, there's always a secret
