I'm a bigger fan of Lamb of God then Slipknot to be honest, don't forget Metallica, Maiden, Slayer, AC/DC, Led Zep, Black Sabbath also come much before than Slipknot for my musical tastes, fanboy? Hardly man.

You have your opinion and I have mine. Ashes of the Wake is amazing, As The Palace Burns is alright but much better then most bands, Burn the Priest is freakin awesome, New American Gospel is pretty amazing too. So far they've won me over with Ashes of the Wake and some songs from Burn the Priest.
