Dedicated Servers??

Hi i have recently stumbled upon some servers that apparently have like 100mbit connections and can be accessed using the remote connection console well aslong as you buy a server.

This site www.servers4me.com shows some im interested in purchasing.

Can i actually use these servers to access the internet? Also can i use them to download torrents n stuff.....and seed...etc.

Im new to this stuff so i want to know all what you know about them thank you.
